Northshore Area Partners, the Living At Home/Block Nurse Program of the Beaver Bay, Finland, Isabella, Little Marais, Silver Bay and surrounding area, works to support citizens age 65 and older who wish to remain independent in their own homes. The Vision of Northshore Area Partners Living At Home/Block Nurse Program is to strengthen the sense of community commitment to older residents of the Northshore area and enhance the quality of life for elder residents and caregivers.
